WHAT CAN YOU SAY, THIS PLACE IS SHOWING IT'S AGE. IF YOU WANT A PARK TO SPEND SOME TIME IN THE SHADE, A BBQ, AND TOSS THE BALL AROUND WITH YOUR KIDS.......... THIS WILL DO. It does have access to the river bead in a few open gates so you can come from bother West Carson/Lakewood area and from the East Downey/Montebello area

Outside basketball courts need major TLC, the pond is relaxing, bathrooms are outdated big time, but their soccer stadiums are legit

Really nice place to chillax at. It is a very nice place to fly Drones, use RC boats, & to play football.

Great family park!  The water is green and hopefully that is just algae.  I came here one night and there was a birthday party going on.  I can use some light near the water so people will not fall into it.  (Since it is so green and I am not sure how deep it is.  There are lots of ducks by the water and this is one of the few parks that cleans up duck poop frequently.  I saw a vehicle high pressure cleaning the pavement this morning.

There is a pool and 2 big soccer fields.  Lots of people and teams were practicing there at night.

Parking is ample and you will not have to park on the street at all.
