Horrible customer service. Lady at the phone was super rude and wouldn’t answer my questions because they claimed to be really busy.

Consistently excellent customer service. I  have always been able to get on the delivery schedule in a timely manner, sometimes even on the day I called as they deliver to my area twice per week. 

I highly recommend them. They've been our choice for the last 9 years when we moved to this area and they had previously delivered to the property we where we renting. When we purchased a home in the same area, I spoke with some other companies and quickly realized Bell Oil was my first choice.

Consistently rude customer service - they told me I could pay over several months when I originally started service with them, then called and left a rude phone message because I did not pay it all on delivery. Their truck broke down on Christmas eve, and they couldn't make the delivery and I called to see when another delivery could be scheduled, the dispatcher was very rude and would not tell me when another delivery could be made. They said "turn your furnace down to 50 degrees and wait it out."  Very unprofessional, very rude, and it turns out, more expensive than their competitors.  I will never use them again.
