I have been taking my clothes to Bella's for almost 2 years.

Typically I get called to travel on short notice so I'm always asking them for a 24-hour turn-around on dress clothes. Although this is not typical for them, they deliver every time!

Today I went in to pick up several items I had dropped off several weeks ago. I didn't have my claim check which is typical of me. At first, they said my clothes were not there. I was extremely frustrated and asked to check the clothes on the racks - they let me. 

We found my clothes and they were filed under the wrong name. The person at the counter called the owner. The owner apologized to me and gave me a 50% discount! 

Bella Cleaners in Kirkland does great work and are honest. Thank You!
