I recently had work done with Dr. Ngo and I had an amazing experience with him and his supporting staff. He is incredibly capable and patient and I was very impressed with how he set realistic expectations for my procedure but was so optimistic at the same time. I hadn't been to a dentist in over 10 years prior to Dr. Ngo, and I was happy that I made the choice to see him.

My family and I decided to check out the local dentist after moving to this side of town a few months prior. I went in to get a routine check up and cleaning, not expecting any major issues and to my surprise was told that I had 6 CAVITIES that needed fillings! I thought this was odd seeing as how during my check up the year before(different dentist office) my teeth were in perfect condition with no cavities what so every.After seeing how the establishment was run(unorganized/long wait times) I had no intentions on letting them do the work, so I let them give me a quote and I went on about my way. I decided to do a follow up appointment with another dentist office and guess what??? They said I had "NO CAVITIES". That's right zero cavities!!! My new dentist couldn't understand why Bella would misinform me like they did. Maybe the dentist misinterpreted the x-rays(six times??), maybe he was just new and unexperienced or maybe they just wanted to get my money. What ever the reason was I would never recommend this place to anyone....

This company has severely abysmal management! If there is a negative 5 star rating I'd give this place a -10!.!.! No sense of respect to paying customers. We got an appointment for 2pm Saturday. We live in downtown Houston. We respect the clinic time and arrive 1:45pm. We wait and patiently respect that this is outpatient service until 2:45, and still no one comes out to us and inform us of what's happening. There should be accountability, mutual and reciprocal respect for the consumers time and investment. Oh an management cares less for your time and gripes. I hate it when I have to make an event of this every time we have to come here. But it seems to not change. Irresponsible scheduling is what it is; or, incompetent management, or slow doctors, or unethical and disrespectful business ethos; whatever angle u slice the pie, it seems to make us wait and suffer. Mind you, this happens 4 times and seems no sign of improving. Utterly insane and abysmal is what it is. The other past 4times, there have been conflicting and frustrating issues. From waiting 2hrs straight in a waiting room to "oh the doctor is in a procedure?" And "yeah we should have told you but I guess it's not much we can do." I'm at my wit's ends here. In no way should a simple dental consult take 3hrs! This place is as infuriating and exasperating as the sun burns in a Texas summer heat!

Arrived 15 minutes early for our appointment time, then didn't get called back until 45 minutes after our appointment time. Our initial ortho consult only lasted 10 minutes, then we were instructed to go back to the lobby and a lady named Daniella would be talking with us about pricing. We waited AN HOUR...until we finally realized that if this is how this office is ran... every dental visit...then we did not want to literally WAIST OUR TIME there. Nope, moving on.
