A lier and could care less about her clients.  She did a laser treatment on my face, and it burnt me. I never had this happen before at the other salon I got my laser treatments at before so I called her the next day and was really cool about it. I said I think I had a bad reaction to the laser, that my skin is burnt badly and what should I do so there's no scaring. She didn't call me back till 4 days later and then when she did call, which I chose not to even answer because by this time I went to  my doctor and I felt if she cared she'd called me ALOT SOONER, said on the message she left that she had been out of town and sorry she didn't call me sooner.... then right after said that she attempted to call me twice but got my messages and my mailbox was full! First of all, my phone never leaves my side. My work is such that I can't afford to miss a call, ever. My mailbox is NEVER full, period. I understood that sometimes situations happen with treatments and things can happen, but I will never understand or accept someone who performs a procedure on a client and doesn't call that client back when they've reached out to get help due to a reaction to that treatment they performed. Even if she went out of town, how long would it have taken to have called me back to let me know what to do? And, she flat out lied period. Never again would I step foot into her spa again.
