Being a Tigi trained Colourist and Tigi Colour Educator, I strive to stay at the forefront of fashion and on trend, studying colour for every season. Over the years, I've attended the Tigi Academy in Soho, NY and the Toni & Guy Academy in London. Giving my clients a bespoke hair colour to enhance eye colour and skin tone, that works perfectly with their lifestyle and personality.

The salon is beautiful with great staff and a great atmosphere. I've continued to go here since they fixed a nightmare job done by siren salon. I really wanted to cut all my hair off because it was butchered, but they did a great job of restoring my hair. They have done an amazing job ever since then too which is what keeps me coming back for more.

My first appointment went great. Amy did an awesome job with color and cut. Tried to schedule follow up appt on line, entered information and never received a response, called and no response that route either, tried one more time by phone and was finally able to schedule for , color refresh and cut. I was called the day before and was told Amy would be out due to family issue, could they schedule with another stylist same time, I said sure no problem. I had some other appointments in the morning so I had already taken the whole day off from work so I could have my hair done in the afternoon. So I drive the 25 min to the salon, get there about half hour early, and check in. After waiting about 10-15 min the receptionist says -stylist is running behind, but I can see yet another stylist 2 hours later..or I can reschedule to another day. Well, I am usually a pretty patient person, but did not want to wait 2 hours for an appointment and did not want to take more time off work another day. If stylist was running 2 hrs behind it would have been to get a phone call to let me know instead of finding out after I drove all the way there. ( but I did get a reminder text about my appointment a few hours earlier .hmmm that made sense) .Hopefully this doesn't happen often, but I don't want to take the chance again. Sorry, I will have to look elsewhere for my next color and cut. I would rate higher for the previous color and cut but customer service could have been be a little better.

I went in, explained exactly what I wanted and showed the stylist a picture. She suggested an all over color and toner. I'm no professional but I knew that would not achieve the look I wanted so I explained to another stylist who told my girl she needed to do an all over highlight, a balayage, and a base break for my roots to lighten it up and blend the color. I told her if she couldnt do it I would appreciate the honesty. She said she could do it. After 4 hours and 40 minutes, my hair looked basically the same. I expressed my concern and all I got was "this is a process, you'll have to come back again to achieve the look you want" I told them I was extremely mad and needed to get out. A stylist called Amy, who told her to discount the service. Although nice, I gathered that the girl doing my hair was new and may have been in way over her head. I won't be going back. Too bad I can't show before/after pics to show the lack of result.

I always leave looking and feeling amazing!!! Amy is always on top of the new cuts and colors! Very clean and friendly :)

I recently went in for the Bella ball package where you can get your hair and makeup done at the same time. I thought it would be a great idea since I've got my hair cut there before and they did an amazing job. They are a top shelf salon so I thought this service would leave me looking stunning. My hair dresser/makeup artist was sooo sweet so I didn't want to be rude after finally seeing the finished product but I for real wanted to cry. I looked so bad. I looked like a character from the musical cats. I paid the $100 dollars all the while cursing myself for not being brave enough to tell them I hated it. I thought maybe it was just me, but then when I got out to the car I noticed my lipstick didn't even cover my lips. There was foundation and cover up on my lips where there shouldn't have been, one side of my eye liner was smeared. My mascara had smeared. My eye shadow wasn't applied right and my foundation wasn't blended in several places. I could not believe I had paid for this. I went straight home, took it all off and had to recurl my hair because there wasn't enough product in it to hold it. Worst experience I've ever had and I know it's my fault for not saying anything 😭
