I have been to Bella Mina Salon once and the time I was there the stylist did a good job but I felt like she was really annoyed by my having to bring my kids. (Couldn't find a babysitter)  I liked the work she did for me and so I wanted to get in to see her again.  I scheduled a trim for my daughter and I for a couple of weeks ago.  I was called the day of the appointment because she had to cancel because of a sick child.  I completely understood and was told I'd get a return call to reschedule.  I have yet to receive a call and the phone number listed on google maps and everywhere else either has been disconnected or just has never had its voice mail set up.  To top it off the website does not list any other numbers to try and the "contact" screen doesn't work.  I just happened to look on Facebook and found another number at which time I got a voice mail.   I get this is a busy time of year but I have been trying for at least 1 1/2 weeks to get a hold of someone without success.  I don't have time to stop by the salon and I shouldn't have to go to such lengths just to get a hair appointment.  I don't like giving bad reviews but unless their phone and computer communication situation improves I see them losing a lot of business.  I don't want to say not to go there...just don't expect to get a hold of them very easily.

I am a very picky person when it comes to service. I want the best of the best.  Great price, good manners, nice environment and most of all good people who know what they're doing. I got all of that here and have never been happier with a hair cut.  Selene was pleasant and professional and did exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much for doing a great job! , I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Angela has been doing my hair for 6 years now. She is the very best. Her salon Is awesome...great atmosphere. Defiantly recommend her to anyone.
