They didn't paint the whole nail. The sides were missing polish and they didn't shape my nail right and they made them shorter than I asked. It was only $25 but I hate my nails. It looks like I just painted my nails at home. I'm very sad. I did not tip because he did a bad job and was rude. He got mad when I told him what I wanted and when I corrected him on the shape of the nail. I'll go again to see if its better but I will not let that guy do my nails again. Updated: a week later the paint started pealing off

This place is really cute and had some good reviews so I thought I would give it a try. I had a pedicure and a shellac manicure. The person who did my nails cut my cuticles too much and made me bleed twice. I liked the way my nails came out so thought I may try them again at some point. Not even a week with it and it started chipping and peeling off. Today has been a week and day and it's fully lifting off. I have never had shellac last such a short amount of time. One of my friends had the exact same experience there with her shellac and hers only lasted 3 days. So not worth the money.

I decided to try this salon because mine was booked for the day. The salon is beautiful and uses sterile practices. My pedicure was amazing with an older woman taking great care and providing me with probably the best pedi I've ever had. 5 stars for the pedi. However, my manicure experience was an absolute nightmare. After my pedi I sat at the drying station for 15 to 20 minutes. Then a young man took me to his station. He asked me to wait while he went to McDonald's. I laughed thinking he was being sarcastic. He literally left and went to McDonald's. I waited for another 20 minutes or more. When he returned, I asked for chrome gel nails, costing 45. He had no idea how to apply the product. He kept messing up, applying layer after layer of gel. My nails look lumpy and bulbous, something like the fingertips of a frog. After he was done painting, he used a nail file to remove the polish mess from my cuticles. Why? I don't know. Acetone shortage? It was very painful and I was cut badly in the process. To add insult to injury, the gel polish is already chipping off one day after. I would ask for them to redo, but I'd rather get them done properly and injury free somewhere else. I will never return.

So I go in around 6 o clock to get my nails done I ask if they do glitter powder to the lady in the front and she tells me yes so I think oh great I'm gonna get my nails done exactly how I want them great . Well I was wrong after waiting 40 minutes in a pedicure chair and not having anyone let me know what's happening I got called over to the pedicure table like I asked and I didn't even get a pedicure the man just started straight on my nails! And I'm trying to think maybe after but I never got it now he's rushing through doing my nails and he's messing up like crazy he has to fix my nails at least twice, now I'm trying my best not to say anything but they don't feel like they are on right I look on the inner part of my nails and I see that it's risen some and there's places that's aren't connected and it makes me so annoyed because I wasn't trying to be rude, he couldn't really understand what I'm saying and I'm not trying to make a big scene! I'm just so mad I never got my toes done and I want to take my nails off. I tipped him but i really am so unhappy with my nails they look hideous ! 😤

Well this is actually now the 3rd time I have been here. The first time I had them put on a full set of nails and a pedicure. The set of nails was done in a rush and when I pointed out they were too long and one was uneven the lady just told me that was the way my nails grow and if I let them grow and come back for a fill they can fix it then. So I come back a couple of weeks later for a fill and I spent all this time waiting while people came in after me. Finally the man next to the door took me and I explained what happened last time. He of course just said the crooked nail was just the way my nail grew. He files my nails down, didn't do much besides fill and polish. I thought man that was crappy service. I did not leave a tip. So here it is another couple of weeks went by. One nail has fallen off and I thought I would come back. I know a glutton for punishment I am. I have now been here for 22 minutes. I had someone come tell me they were going to do my nails. So far no one has come back. I thought I would use the time to write this review. Good lord I am going somewhere else.
