From my experience the service is just okay. They're there to do a job and get it done. That's all. Papa John's pizza is better in my opinion. If we ever go again I'll give their pasta a try I suppose.

The food quality changed from visit to visit. Sometimes great, sometimes over cooked with weak flavor. 

Quality drops when they get busy. Asked for water for myself and my wife. The waitress took the water glasses and went to another table and took theirs also to refill. She had no way to know which glass belonged to who. No matter though, she brought water to the next table and forgot to bring to ours. 

The meals come with salad. They never brought the salad. When I questioned it, I was told they ran out of lettuce but the next table over just had 2 salads brought out to them. One couple sat for 15 minutes waiting for a waitress to take their order. This restaurant used to be a good place to eat. Not so much now. Sad.

They still charged full price And took no accountability for their actions when it was brought to their attention.

It's a small out-of-the-way place. Good service, good food, and it's not fancy at all. Never seen it crowded.
