I ordered some flowers for a friend and they were beautiful. She was so excited and surprised. Delivered on time and even better than the online pictures.

Very dissappointed at Bella Rose because as most people know, Mexican and other latin countries' Mother's Day is May 10th. Even though we are in America, some of our mothers were born outside the U.S., they celebrate their special day on May 10th.  Just tried ordering a $100 Rose arrangement for my Mother to be delivered tomorrow and found a message saying they were not accepting orders for delivery between May 9th & May 12th.  In other words they will be accepting orders as of May 13th specifically for Mother's Day which is the 14th.  Thanks for nothing Bella Rose, you lost a client that was not even a client yet, all bad.

I live out of state, and I tried to order flowers for my mother for Mother's Day online. I saw that this shop had good reviews for the most part so gave them a shot. I found out from my mother that the she hadn't gotten her flowers yet so I called the shop. The sales person put me on hold for over 15mins. I hung up and tried to call again and was on hold for another 5 until I talked to somebody. Finally the flowers were delivered but not until late at night and the flowers looked NOTHING like the picture advertised online. Never going through this flower shop again!

Great place to buy your flowers i love this place i have been buying here 2 years ago and she's on time for delivery and great prices and even beter flowers arrangements....
