I love this salon.  Everyone is so friendly.  You are greeted and treated well.  The salon is clean and professional.  Rachel has been wonderful with my color and cuts.  All of the girls have so much knowledge and it seems that the clients are always very pleased when the girls are done doing their magic.  Highly recommend!

I just bought my mother a Groupon here for her to get her hair cut and colored. So she called to  schedule an appointment today and they said they would be able to do the cut/color as of today. She was really excited to get it done even though it was quite a drive to get there. The process took 2 1/2 hours to do while I waited because I had to present the Groupon myself. No one said anything about any restrictions w/ Groupon, not even in the 2 1/2 hours it took to do her hair. Yet when my mother was finished and I showed the Groupon I was told they don't accept it w/ the stylist my mother had and that it was in the fine print of a section I didn't even see. It would of been nice if me and/or my mother were told this from the beginning and not the end of the whole process making it look like they rip people off. If you are going to schedule an appointment w/ someone who is using Groupon don't tell them that they cant use it until everything else is already said and done. Not impressed with places who rip people off like this and lack professionalism. The least they could of done was be nice because it wouldn't kill them to do so instead of making the customer feel stupid and humiliated while having to overpay for what they already paid for. Wasn't able to use my Groupon or get a refund and on top of that had to pay an extra $100... all for a root touch up and trim. This right here is just another rip off tactic.

I have been to the salon twice.  The 2nd time that I was there the color washed out in about 1 week.  I called the salon (because I did like the stylist) and left a message.  The stylist called me back the next and left a message.  I returned her call and left a message since she was with a client.  I never heard back.  I called 2 days later, on a Saturday and left another message,  I never heard back from anyone.  I am disappointed as I did like the salon and the stylist BUT they do not stand behind their products or services nor do they seem to care that I was unhappy.
