Ordered online. Our pizza was $14.25 and I requested it to be delivered. Our order was placed and an email receipt was sent to me saying its on its way. An hour later no pizza so I call, the employee says its on its way. 30 min later still no pizza so I call again and a different employee answers and said it didn’t meet the $ amount for delivery ($15) so it hadn’t even been made yet...They mentioned they “noticed that and should have called but we didn’t.”  Waste of time. Love the food but Don’t recommend this Bellagios.

Ordered at 5:20pm. Called at 6:50pm to ask where it is and I was told it was out for delivery. 7:26pm and still no pizza. And we order all the time. Time to find a new pizza service. Good bye Bellagios.

Delivery has a $15 minimum which is fine, except they let you get all the way through the online order process BEFORE informing you that you need to increase your order if it's under $15. That's both a waste of my time and deceptive.

Expensive for what you get, and they don't have a medium size pizza! Instead, you either have to get a small ($10 for a cheese) or a large or X-Large. Weird that they don't offer a medium size. Also, delivery is ridiculously long.

Fantastic pizza! Absolutely smokes Domino's; which is near by. Delivery is always faster than they say over the phone. 25 mins on weekdays and 45 on Friday and Sat. BBQ chicken is phenomenal! Their grinders next door are great too!
