Bellamy Plumbing is great.  We have had a plumbing problem for years with our washing machine drain and their plumber was very diligent and professional and went the extra mile to completely fix it!  Thank you!

I wouldn't give any stars if I could. This happened today August 17, 2017. I was given an appointment 2 days from the day I called requesting an estimate. The appointment time was a 4 hour window. No one showed up. The guys passed my home. I called and spoke to the receptionist, in case they were lost. She told me she'll call me back and never returned my call. I didn't need them to fix anything that day all I wanted was an estimate and another appointment for when they would come out.  Highly disappointed. I went with them because when they only had 3 staff they were reliable and professional. With the 6 additional staff that they boast about on their website comes unreliable, unprofessional service.

I called to make an appointment and the date that they would get to me was three days into some time off that I had reserved to visit elderly immediate family out of town, so I scheduled and sacrificed says off of my trip. The girl said that they would be out in the morning, and I told her it would have to be that morning, because we will already be packed and leaving town the moment they finish working in the house. On that day, we waited and waited, and finally called around 11, and the guy said that they should already be here, or on their way. At 12:30, we left. We had sacrificed enough of our time off to meet with these no-shows. At 3:45 I received a voicemail from the plumber saying that he was just getting ready to leave the house that he was at before ours. That would have put him at our house after 4pm! 
In addition to this, my husband has called them numerous times in regard to coming out to some rental homes that he manages, and they've never returned his phone calls. 
It looks like I will have to pay someone to drive over 30 minutes from St Augustine.

In the beginning of April they came out to clean out my septic tank. In July  on a Friday morning I flushed my toilet n everything came up my tub. I called Bellamy plumbing right away n the girl said we can come out on Tuesday . I told the girl I have a 97 year old mother in my house I could not wait 5 days.  The gentleman got on the phone n said he was too busy n could not get to my house till Tuesday . I don't understand how they expect someone to wait 5 days. I called another company and they were out within hours. They cleaned out the front box which they said Bellamy should have asked if I wanted it done when they cleaned the tank. I had flushing toilets the same day not 5 days later.
