been taken the bus for 8 years and its slow unpredictable. the drivers for the most part ARE competent. but yes they need better syetem if im gonna pay for services that are late. using bad weather is an ok excuse but not when the weather is just rainy.

Useless, Horrible ...complete idiots, driver drove past at 44 the stupied bus drivers not supposed to come till 50 like bunch of kindergartners are running this show. Better off walking...stupid. WOW. Love to swear in this but keeping it moderate....idiots and no brains. We have get some childeren to show these amateurs how to run a city.

Bus was 20 minutes off schedule on a sunday and it Messed up my whole day. Very unreliable, the terminal has no dispatch to the buses, very poor bus system.

Buses have bad winter service, but this post is about the terminal.
Ever since some generic owner took over the place, it became a dump. Washrooms are broken, tables aren't always clean and the employees are lazy as heck to do anything but still on their arses all day.

They removed the benches along the side of the terminal and the bus schedule should be every 15 mins not 30 mins
