The first time I went to Bellisimo it was good, nice cut good color. The second time not so much. I walk in at 12:20 for my appointment at 12:30 only to find Morgan the girl I had an appointment with to get my hair cut was running behind, this wouldn't of been a big issue except not a single person called me ahead of time to let me know....so I planned my day around this hair cut that now was pushed back to 1:30pm.....I get back at 1:40 thinking that would of given Morgan enough time to finish her last appointment. Clearly I was wrong. I waiting from 1:40 till 2pm only to have another MORE EXPENSIVE girl say she was going to take care of me. Morgan didn't even have any respect to even come and talk to me herself. After I found out my hair cut was now going to be more expensive then I was promised I have wasted my day. If I could give 0 stars I would. It was very unprofessional and they didn't seem to care that they have officially lost my business.

Had a Groupon so I want expecting the beat ever. Instead, I worked with Sydney who was personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Fantastic spa experience.
