Didn't ask for well done limp fries. My coworkers and I order from them at least three times a month maybe more. Food is decent, however there has been issues with food not being cooked the way we request,  and freshness a few times.  Idk who wants fries like this

Been ordering from them for like five years consistently good  fresh food never really had an issue Pizza is A1 and everything is made the same way every time not once have I ever been disappointment from here and the prices are fair

Well deserved 4.5  I ordered 2 slices of cheese pizza for 4.24$ They tasted really good, nice slices, friendly people, good all around!

The food is fresh and delicious. The employees are so nice and professional. I wish there were more Bello Vittos restaurants. Reasonable price and the portion of food is for two instead of one. Keep up the great work Bello Vittos!

This is one of those neighborhood sub shops that are family ran that have delicious cheese steak subs. The sub rolls they use are soft and fresh. I’m not sure if they bake themselves but they are delicious. They have a variety of different foods including salads, sandwiches, quesadillas and tacos ect. Always friendly and consistently good

We order from them often! & we’ve ordered a lot of different things, everything’s always a hit! Mac & cheese is so good! Pizza is good and it arrives hot! All the food is always hot!

Absolutely horrible experience with this restaurant today.  Order was placed at 830am, order taker stated 30-40 min.  After an hour, called for ETA, he said 5 min.  Still didn't arrive.  Called 15 min later, still not here, was given another ETA of 15 minutes.  Asked for a partial refund so we can still get our food, they offered $7 on a $26 order, the amount of the tip.  We order every single week from this place, and this is an absolute horrible way to treat a customer.  I even told  Ramez he could have called us and let us know the 30-40 min ETA was now and hour and a half.  We are 3 minutes away and would have gone an picked it up.  Never again!

Tonight was my first night eating from this place it was  recommended by a friend to try the cheesesteak and hands down this place has the best cheesesteaks in Essex. You will not be disappointed. I don't usually right reviews but this place deserves a five star rating. My new favorite cheesesteak spot.

Worst pizza ever. The supreme has way too many topping. The bread is undercooked. The sauce is bland. And the cherry on top,  I got food poisoning for an entire day and threw up the whole night. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Pizza is just the best around, subs are stuffed - overfilled and really good. Delivery is fast. It's still my favorite go-to sub shop after 9 years living here in Essex.
