ATTENTION PEOPLE OF COLOR, Overt Racism by the older white jeweler. He YELLED at me as I was inquiring about the  gold panda medallion necklace within the estate jewelry display case. Both his associate and I stood in disbelief at what took place because he was not helping me in that department. After he replaced my batteries and I PAID FOR MY SERVICES, neither one offered an apology for his rude behavior.  I couldn't help but notice how polite and friendly he was to the white female customer who came in to receive a free cleaning on her wedding ring. I don't believe he likes minorities. Needless to say I will NEVER do business with them again. Considering I am a person of color, that's probably the way he wants it. Hit Racist in there pockets!

Very clean store.  Very helpful. I needed my 33 year old wedding ring repaired. They .Ade sure that the prongs were good and that the ring would not be compromised by repairing it. They did it in 2 days. I'm so happy with the results. Very reasonable prices too

I needed a necklace for my wife's friends wedding to complete her dress. The sales person who helped me was very kind, very helpful and took pride in his job. I bought my wife's engagement ring from this jewler years ago. I will be happy to return to discuss a custom necklace that I would like designed for my wife. The jewler gave me a very great price for the necklace I was looking to purchase. It brought my wife to tears,(happytears) so I can't wait to return. Thank you very much Beloit Jewelry. We shall see you again soon.

My husband took my wedding ring here to be repaired and made stronger. They proceeded to build the diamond to look bigger than it is and stands way to tall. I explained to them that i wadnt happy with it. They originally charged him 130.00 and wanted the same amount to fix it to my liking.!!! I am so disappointed wuth my 30 yr ring and wont ever go there again.
