Andy, the Beltz member that did the work for us, did a wonderful job on our hot water heater replacement. We were also working with a home warranty company, and he went above and beyond to make sure we got the best service possible through them during the replacement process. Beltz made the whole process easy and Andy was so nice and personable. I will definitely be using Beltz, and Andy in particular, in the future!

Belts home services provided a completely professional service for my electrical problem. The office staff was friendly and precise with there information. I was notified of the time of arrival of the employee. Eric was very good at explaining everything he was doing so I could understand his process. Would recommend this company to anyone who needs work done at there house. Jon Ammons

Jess did a great job he determined that there was no gas leak triple checked it. Gas company refused to turn gas on because there equipment said there was a leak. Thanks to beltz I get refund of money it cost for repairs that we not necessary.

UPDATE--Previously I purchased a tankless water heater from Beltz Home Service Company; initially I was dissatisfied with the installation. After contacting Brian Beltz, owner, he was extremely interested in correcting my dissatisfaction with this purchase. He is very sincere in his effort to get the maximum satisfaction from each of his customers. He was willing to discuss the situation in order to come to a resolution. He is highly concern in promoting the values of his company, while promoting customer service/satisfaction. Thus, I would give him a five-star rating. Since I was not satisfied with the performance of the tankless water heater, Brian fully explained the proper usage of it. He tried to rectify my usage of it. I am still learning proper functions of the unit. The nature of this unit is that when rinsing the dishes ,the water will turn cold in the pipes. The tank hot water heater that was replaced kept hot water in the pipes. There was no sudden surge of cold water. Thus, I would rate this unit with a three-star rating. Even with an adjustment in the price of this installation, it was an expensive purchase. Thus, I would rate the tankless water heater cost with a three-star rating. Combining all these facts, I would give a total four-star rating. Since Brian is highly interested in satisfying the customer, I would recommend that the consumer negotiate for the best purchase options; he will strive for your satisfaction.

We had a issue with our bathroom and called Beltz to come look at it. Matt took the time to research the problem and even showed me with a camera that the issue was a tree root growing in our plumbing.  He even had the operations manager come out and talk to me about ways to fix the problem. I never once felt like they were just trying to up sell a project or push me into anything. They explained how the tree root was growing and the issues it would cause if we didn't fix it.  I felt as though by taking the extra time to explain the problem, was amazing customer service.... and to think, I only called them because I found them on google. ;) I hope that the next person who googles plumbers in the area, makes the same great choice I did. =)
