I have been going here for a little while now, and I can honestly say I have not had a bad experience with anyone there. I see that a few people have had a problem with Daniel, but again, that hasn't been my experience. He has been professional towards me thus far, and I'll even go as far as to say he was friendly. The back staff has also pretty much been pleasant and helpful and thorough. My most notable experience was during our very first visit, myself, husband, and at the time 1 year old daughter went to have a cleaning, and they scheduled us all together, and they even let my daughter sit on my husband's lap while they cleaned his teeth so that she could see what they were doing before she was to be seen. Of course once it was her time, she gave them hell, LOL, but they took it in stride and she has not had a problem getting her cleanings ever since. 

As long as they keep being good to us, we will continue to be patients here. 

I want to add that I had a small chip on my tooth the other day, and they fixed it quickly with NO pain!!! I can't complain about that!

Great clean and spacious facility. Wonderful warm and caring staff. Thorough cleaning of teeth and very good summary of what is good and bad with my oral health. Highly recommend!

Love this place, wouldn't want to go to any other dentist. Everyone is so nice and they get me in on same day if I need to get seen. Even though I'm scared of dentist they always make me calm and are very understanding :) Also very clean!!

I cannot remember the name of that woman that did my cleaning but she was soooo friendly. I do not mind dentists and doctors, but she has the perfect temperament and kind smile that would make anyone feel comfortable. And, she happens to have great eyebrows. Thanks again guys for everything, fast efficient service at its finest. See you all again in June! 
I did read a review regarding the manager (I believe) is his title Daniel, all I can say is he doesn't have the generous smile that everyone else has, however he was pleasant enough to me. He also got me out quick after my visit so there was no real waiting during the entire process.

P.S....Depending on where you are coming from in Charlotte it is surrounded by sketchy neighborhoods, beware of that.
