My parents hired Matthew Metzger for their Chapter 13 bankruptcy. He was referred by a close friend of my mom. He was very helpful explaining what it will mean to my parents. My parents is part of minority but he was very patient explaining what will happen in this type of bankruptcy. My parents were able to save and keep their home and at the same time reduce their "consumer debt". Matt stayed in touch until the whole process is complete. 5 years after, my parents fully paid to the Trustee and now closing their case in the court. My advise - DO NOT BE AFRAID to ask a bankruptcy lawyer to help you avoid foreclosure. Losing your home costs much more than paying for a bankruptcy lawyer. Better yet, ask Matt Metzger for help!
