Glad your local and have a good selection of nuts and bolts but you guys really need to evaluate your pricing on that section. It's pretty out of control. Especially B to B

I helped a neighbour in need during the hurricane block up her windows. After purchasing some screws as recommended by the clerk which would work in place of TAPCONS once pre-drilled and sunk with plugs! Keep your receipt he says "in case you return the items" Anyways, the type of screw didn't work unfortunately but I was greatful for suggesting an option. I went by to return my items and was told no refunds for items purchased during the hurricane. I can understand that a little bit but not after I was told keep my receipt incase I needed to return the items. I left them keep the $40 screws as they are now no use to me. Sell the the I said and give the money to charity. Oh ya, I didn't see any notice that stated items bought during the hurricane can't be returned.

Fantastic customer service. Went in for a replacement screw, they spent 10 minutes helping me find the exact match despite knowing that the sale would be less than $1

This is a good old fashioned hardware store. They're very knowledgeable always more than willing to help. Much better than the big box stores.
