Bunch of swindlers. Had a warranty defective phone and wanted to charge to get a temp phone swapped over. I must of been expecting too much after being a customer for 10 years to ask for a 5 minute swap when the store is empty and they got nothing else to do.

Edit to the reply - Actually it was the store manager who gave us this experience. Said the charge would be $10 and said that other nearby stores would charge $20. Went to other store and did it free in 5 minutes after our wait for service. Save me your corporate jargon.

Do not waste your time with their horrible customer service.  My mother purchased a phone at this store, she passed away a couple weeks ago and they are refusing to take the phone back and demand I drive it an hour from my home to Mason City.  They then had the audacity to bill my father $494.00 for the phone in which they are refusing to accept back at this store.  Way to kick a family when they are already down, especially around the holidays. I wouldn’t recommend Verizon Wireless to anyone!
