I've only been there once, may likely never return.  Not because I disliked the place because that's not the case but merely I have no reason to be there. From the short time I spent in the facility it was very clean both inside and outside. If your new to Beaumont I suggest giving it a go. They have a lot of information on things in and around here to do.

Clean restrooms, hot coffee, there's a theatre, a conference room, a bit of history, lots of brochures of things to do, and most important... LOTS of friendly smiles.

I'm on vacation and I traveled to Texas to Louisiana and we found this place very relaxing and very knowledgeable about places to go.

This visitors center has a very friendly staff.  It offers free coffee or bottled water; and a very clean restroom.  It has a lot of information and brochures for attractions all around the Great State.  Well worth stopping if you happen to be passing through on I-10.
