I was craving a good milk shake from a ice cream place. I looked around my area and picked Ben & Jerry's. I picked a flavor out of there milk shake list and ordered a small. She handed me the flavor in ice cream. I told the young lady "I meant milkshake". She said "Not a problem". A few moments later I received my milkshake. Great customer service. 5 stars

Ben & Jerry's is always a great ice cream.
Selection was good.
However, some of the containers looks pretty melted and it ruined the experience.
Not sure it was technical problem but it ruined the experience...

Excellent choices, delicious ice cream, and I loved their alternative choice of a few that had almond milk for those that were lactose intolerant. They were every bit just as good as the other ice creams. :-)

Came here after eating at Zuzu's which is literally 2 blocks South of here. Great place to eat. It was busy but only waited about 2 mins. So service is fast and great. I was allowed to sample flavors which helped me select my 2 scoops of choice.
