NEVER AGAIN.  This is THE WORST retail business I have ever dealt with.  Terrible customer service and continually disappoints.  I ordered a custom decoupage tray as a wedding gift with an up to 8 week lead time.  The tray took 4 months to arrive (after several pestering calls and emails from my end) and when it did arrive there was a chip in the corner and a blemish streak at the bottom.  Completely unacceptable.  Don't waste your money.  Find someone on Esty who actually cares and devotes attention to customers and takes pride in their work.  I give ZERO stars...1 is just too generous.
