We purchased a generator for our home thru Benchmark Electric and could not be more pleased!  The process from initial contact to job completion was smooth and exactly as promised.  Everyone we came in contact with was courteous and professional in every way.  We highly recommend Benchmark Electric for any electrical need you might have.

I was most please with my experience with Benchmark Electric.  The Cummins generator is performing just as they said it would and has already served me during one brief power outage.  The Benchmark employees are knowledgeable, courteous, dependable, and readily available to answer any questions.  The purchase of this generator is one of best decisions I have made in many years!

These people have way to much money and don't feel the need to even look at any details for a very large project run by a reputable project management company. They seem to have enough business sense to utilize SEO to be the first hit for Memphis TN. Electricians. But other than that they have no business being in business. I'm sure they are self employed due to criminal background or other restrictions don't be surprised if they don't answer the phone they are probably counting all of their money.

Terrible company!  If they would have even tried to attempt any kind of customer service, I might not have been forced to write this review.  HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.  Use anyone else and you will be happy.
