Very well organized. I had to wait about 25-35 min, but that was to be expected because I showed up at the most popular time. The people at the desk were very helpful and kind. I had filled out my paperwork before hand so after I made it to the front it took less than 5 mins for my business to be handled. 

PS. Did I mention the place was spotless?

Extremely unclear about processes and procedures.  This should at a minimum be something they can resolve, as the long wait times are also unwarranted but understandable if understaffed.  There are three different color carpets that you are supposed to line up on without any directions.  Written tests are stopped at 4 PM without any notice, and this is not stated in the drivers booklet nor posted in the DMV so you can wait a long time to find out that you can't be tested on a particular day.  The documentation required is also unclear in the drivers booklet as it does not indicate anywhere that original birth certificates etc are required.  State bureaucracy sets such a low bar.  Good luck and be prepared for multiple trips to this office.

Everyone seems very disorganized. And they seem to have hired the slowest humans possible.  I have been here 45 minutes so far; there are 5 employees, and only 20 people total have been helped.  That's a rate of 11+ minutes a customer... The waiting room is full. I am going to be here forever.  I don't understand what happened to the old employees.  This place used to be quick and pleasant, even when busy.

I have visited the DMV in Bend 3 times.  I much appreciated having someone at the front desk who pre-screened folks as we arrived to make sure we each had every document and form we needed before waiting the hour plus to get to the window.  Personnel are friendly and competent.  (Reviewers, the nature of the DMV beast is a bit of a wait.  Bring a book and stop watching the clock!)

Slower then most DMV's. 10 lines available but only a couple are open. I was sitting and watching while one of them was on their phone texting taking their sweet time. All of them are cranky.. Well MOST Of them. Every time I have to come here I cringe.
