terrible company to deal with bad in communicating with the customer i had purchased 2 lifts from them 2 months ago i had to call more than 10 times to see what is taking so long and once was transferred to 4 different people that didn't have a clue of my purchase. then someone helped me out and said they only have in stock 1 and wont have the other lift in stock until mid December then i was promised the one they do had in stock for last week and still nothing i think my first monthly payment will be here before my equipment does. if management is reading this please do something.

purchased an alignment machine was promised that it would be installed very soon after delivery,   well that was a month ago they like to give the run around no one knows whats going on I have repeated the same story over and over again to various employees but there is no solution to the 14k dollar box sitting

Thanks for everything, this item was the worst single item purchase I've ever made in 28 years of my automotive career, I will be selling it pretty soon on Craigslist...after 1 year...I'm going to buy another one from a reputable company.. From a professional company, trust me I'm afraid to lift the car up.. I'm afraid to use it every single time and I'm afraid to stand underneath it, My Benwil lift that I've been using for 28 years is more dependable than this lift would ever ever be, from design, reliability I would rate this item a complete 10 star ZERO, and this is not to mention all the headaches I had from the begining...company's horible installation and 6 months from there on going back and forth to make it wright...do not buy this lift even if they sell it for FREE,even if they payed you money to own them, product is junk. Do not be fooled by the price and what they claim...spend a bit more and look into a Rotary Lift ect..

Terrible company. I bought a single drive on lift from bendpak and was promised 2 weeks for delivery. I was opening my business and this time frame is what stopped me from just buying local. After two weeks I contacted bendpak a few times and only got the run around. They stated they had no idea where my order was or when it would ship. Called again a few days later thinking maybe I just talked to the wrong people and I was told that the lift was just waiting for the shipping company. I asked how much longer and I was told me in a very rude manner that they have to wait till they get a full truck load going to my area which could take days or weeks. At this point I was upset and called to cancel my the next day, now they said I couldn't cancel my order because they shipped it already! (Shipped really only meant they took it to a freight company down the road from them)  I got a tracking number with a estimated delivery of 2 weeks till I got it!  Now im furious because my promise on the lift being to me no longer than 2 weeks is now going to be more like 6 weeks. I called bendpak and they told me i couldn't cancel my order, i told them i do not want a product from a company that treats me like this.  They hung up on me. Emailed me that for me to cancel my order i would have to pay $750 in shipping and a 20% restocking fee.  The tracking number showed the next day the lift was returned to bendpak.  I filed a credit card claim and they won do to California laws stated that any over the phone transaction you are agreeing to any terms and conditions.   Long story short they stole 1300 dollars from me due to a lie of a promise of 2 weeks and poor business.   Even on the credit card dispute they lied and said the lift made it "Very near him" when it even made it out of bendpaks county so they had to charge me the 750 dollars in shipping when of course they couldn't provide a receipt for the shipping from the shipper. 

 I now bought three Rotary lifts, which was the best thing I ever did.
