Dr Shaw has seen my son twice on separate occasions.  He has been thorough and precautionary on his diagnosis on both occasions.  He also spoke directly with my 15 year old son, which I appreciated as well as speaking with me regarding his issues.  We have referred him to friends who also have had good experiences with him.  Definitely will call on him again when our family has foot or ankle issues.

My 11 year old saw Dr. Shaw, He was in and out in 2 minutes talking more to his dictaphone than us. He never introduced himself to me. He called her "sweetie" and me "mom", he showed us no respect. He treated my daughter so fast I could not even ask a question. He slapped on the medication without telling me the consequences of the medication. Had the receptionist come and apply the tape (no lie) I ended up finishing up the tape job after she stated to me, "that's why I work up front and not back here". I work in the medical field, I have never been treated so poorly with so much disrespect.
