Ben was recommended to me by two different people that I trust. One of the people is a lawyer who works for insurance companies and so has experience doing cases against Ben in court. This lawyer said that if he needed help he would want Ben on his side. It meant a lot to me that a lawyer who works in the field would name Ben as his first pick for an advocate. My experience with Ben has been outstanding. He is easy to talk to, very understanding, listens well and is obviously an expert in the field. If you need a disability attorney, Ben is your man.

Ben was recommended to me by my former attorney who was retiring at the time. Ben is truly wonderful, highly experienced and very professional. He certainly went above and beyond in helping me. He did not have to, but chose to help me on a pro-bono basis. I'd definitely recommend him.

I was rear ended in a car accident back in August 2017. A lawyer friend of mine recommended the Ben Glass law firm since personal injury is their specialty. The law firm has booklets for simple cases that you can do mostly yourself with out hiring a lawyer for cases that are simple such as only missing five days or less from work, and healed up with physical therapy. Twice I had consultations with James Abrenio from the law firm to go over my demand letter I wrote based on their booklets. The booklets and advice was great! Case was settled after I counter offered the first offer from the insurance company. Two co workers told me stories with injuries much worse than mine and getting barely a thing. With preparing my demand letter based on the booklets and advice from James, I was well prepared to get a fair settlement from the insurance company.

James did a fantastic job in representing me for a Reckless driving charge (Reckless by speed 92 in a 55). He helped me prepare all the documentation, explained how it would go down, and even reviewed dash cam video of the incident. As I'm a non citizen on a work visa, a reckless driving conviction would have severe impact for my stay in the US. James did all the groundwork in understanding my situation, advising me along the way. He managed to bring it down to a regular speeding ticket (85 mph with $250 fine)! Thank you James! I highly recommend him.

I was referred to James by another attorney who said he didn't have the expertise needed to answer my question on an insurance issue related to an accident. James was quick to respond, listen to the situation, and provide his feedback. He was courteous, professional, and thorough. I only had a small issue but would definitely use James for anything more complicated in the future.
