They are never open, not on weekend nights & not on Sundays and they won't make an order to go. It's like not even a real restaurant. We were painting our kitchen & I asked my husband to go get us a burger. This was his first visit. He said I need an order to go & the waitress saud, "You're kidding, RIGHT??"

I have eaten there several times and they have great food.  This isn't a fast food place, it can take a while to get your food especially if they are crowded. Most of the time it is a seat yourself restaurant.  The last couple Times we have been there it has taken over 15 mins for someone to come to the table and wait on us.  This was made worse by the fact there were 3 people standing around the bar just talking.  The final visit I sat 20 mins before I got up and left without service and the staff just looked at me as I walked out the door.

Always proffered crossroads due to better location and looked cleaner. However with Benhams new location and building it looks very nice and the burgers and chips are still a great bargain for the quality
