We had an amazing experience here at this Benihana location! The chef was very funny and entertaining throughout the evening. Drinks were great, meat was perfectly prepared.Food: 5/5

Awesome experience!  Granted you might wait awhile, but I recommend make reservations ahead of time.  Once you pick your entree, whether it is 5 course or 6 courses, the price you see next to your entree includes the soup, salad, etc...  Is this place an every night thing, no.  It is however someplace worth going.  We were lucky to get great service when we went.  Enjoy!

came here for a company dinner, good location fast seating, good decor, should have taken more pictures of the food, got the steak and chicken, meat was medium rare cooked to perfection, chicken was good portions, staff was polite and sat us down close as possible great show to go with the food company paid for it but prices are steep... overall great experience.

It’s been years since I’ve been here, went with my bestie for lunch, kinda forgot it was Valentine’s Day when we booked the reservation but enjoyed every minute The food was so delicious I even ate the fried rice  Chef Gaston was great!

I booked a table on a Monday night for 5 people for 6:45pm. We waited and waited in the bar. We finally got called to the table approx 7:45pm. We didn't order until 8:00pm. Then it took about another 10 minutes for the chef to come. We didn't leave until approx 9:30 and with an 8 year old that's tough. It ruined my husband's birthday dinner. No apologies either. We will find somewhere else for Teppenaki next time

There was no issue with the service. However, the food quality was really a tragedy. I am really disappointed. I will give a one-star review if I don’t take the services into consideration. I ordered the Benihana Special with a “medium rare steak” and cold water lobster tail. The lobster was overcooked and very salty. Speaking of the steak… does that look like a medium rare steak??? It’s almost well done!!! Super super chewy… in a bad way. The chicken breast was overcooked as well. Too bad. We will never visit again and will for sure let our friends know that it is not worth it at all to give it a try…

This was the first time my family and I have came to Benihana and it was amazing. Our waiter Felipe was amazing so friendly, super helpful, and kind. Our chef Andy was outstanding and was so accommodating. We are coming back for the next birthday in the family! We have been looking for a place that gives us a great customer service experience, meal and show! So happy with the food and service from Andy and Felipe! Thank you!!

It was all and more than i anticipated to be i enjoyed myself enjoyed our chef and he was polite and helpful and memorable i was like a child amazed and entertained and the food was all good.. Thank you for such a pleasant evening and the people that they coupled me with were also awesome good conversation excellent atmosphere

Always the highest quality of food and service. Our server Brooke and Teppan Chef Damian made our family brunch so enjoyable. The Chateaubriand steak was so tender and cooked perfectly. Melts in your mouth like butter.  Kid-friendliness: So fun for kids. Special menu and paper &#39;Chef&#39; hat. Kids love it!  Parking: Lots of accessible parking.

This place was understaff  I had a reservation and still had to wait 1 hour and 35 minutes to get food the staff had no sense of urgency speaking to the mgr on duty he didn’t not care I spent almost 200$ and he gave me a 16$ discount that covered my tip question is how valuable is your time for me to wait that long I was not impressed glad my hotel was next door Hyatt  I had a better time at the boat house Long Beach the ginger meso on my salad seem spoiled sour never again and you have the nerve to want gratuity
