Is the rudest most unprofessional person I've ever met.   Doesn't care about living conditions just wants his check every month.  The people that work for him are despicable and slobs.  Yells and hangs up on the phone when you ask for anything to be fixed. Moved my family when he did nothing about the hurricane damage and mold. If you read this and still rent from him then prepare to be disgusted.  Horrible human being. If i could give a negative rating i would. You've been warned!!!!

This man was very nasty to me & my family. Yelling at us & wouldn't let us speak. Rushed us out of the office & at the same time demanding his application fee. & We rented from him before. Left on good terms on our own, & didnt owe him a penny. We left because a man hit our house with his car & the whole livingroom wall was cracked & they refused to fix it. So we moved out. It was very unsafe. Very unprofessional, disrespectful & rude. We are happily renting from someone else. Would not recommend this man Bob. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Have been renting for 3 yrs by now from Bob and he"s always been nothing but nice to me. I like working with him!
