Ryan was the plumber who came to the job. He was ten min early for the job. Iwas impressed.He worked very diligently on fixing the broken pipe. His work menship inpecable.He worked most of the day on this progect til it was complete.

Attentive! They listen, show up quickly, do the work and go the extra mile to ensure it is done right. I had a large job with installing a natural gas distribution system for lots of appliances including a tankless water heater, grill and generator on both ends of the house. The job required permits, gas meter change out by the gas company and in-ceiling piping. All done perfectly. In addition, they fixed the flow issue in my kitchen sink and the backward hot/cold configuration in my master shower from a previous contractor. Their attitude was always positive and almost seemed to enjoy the challenges. Great folks! Save yourself time and effort by selecting these folks as your first choice. Chief Engineer recommended.

I was extremely pleased (4/28/17) with my experience with Benjamin Franklyn Plumping. I contacted them via the internet the day before and received a call from them almost immediately. The very next day, they sent out a father and son team, Lazaro and Earnesto Sanchez, who both had excellent customer service skills. They asked all the right questions in regard to the issues I was having, talked to me about the different techniques they had available and costs associated with those techniques if needed but after listening intently to the description I offered and then a quick look around, they were able to quickly and skillfully fix the problem. They then talked about the measures I could take to prevent the problem from happening again. I've read some of the other reviews and have to include my opinion in regard to those. Like others, I did not get another quote. Was $369 too much to pay for a snaked drain? Maybe so, maybe not. They came out almost at a moments notice, sent two extremely professional and knowledgeable persons to assess the situation. It could very easily have been a much more involved service repair and these people were equipped and ready to take care of whatever problem they discovered. I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklyn Plumbing to anyone for their plumbing needs and if the occasion presents itself, I will use them again as well. ~ Cheryl Woodard Sent from my iPad

Rude ass front desk help. I called another plumber and was treated with respect and like a customer should be.

Did a great job installing a kitchen faucet. The old faucet had to be cut out in pieces. Also fixed dishwasher that was not draining. Will use them again
