We were first time home buyers with no idea of how to buy a home. Marsha walked us through it all and made us feel comfortable. Her knowledge of the local market was fantastic. Also, she suggested a bank for us to talk to and I do not know where I would be without that excellent advice. While home  buying is not an easy or comfortable process, we definitely felt comfortable with Marsha. Would go to her time and time again.
