Great shopping experience here. Customer service was excellent. We received help to get our dog the perfect coat and will definitely keep in mind for furture purchases.

This store has the best customer service; they even take your purchases out to your car. I have never had a bad experience here since I moved to Castle Rock in 1991. I love the warm, friendly atmosphere and variety of items they sell. The dog food I purchase is of the best quality. You have to go there to experience it for yourself!
