Very good place to get my beer and soda specially when I placed a order for a soda that I couldn't get anywhere within a week a had my soda.

We purchased a Keg for a party and the tap didn't work so we were unable to use the beer luckily we had other beverages to offer our guests! My husband called but they were closed and he left a message.  He called back the next day and they said to bring it in the guys that worked there said they saw the problem. The refuse to give him a refund and told my husband there wasn't a problem!  Very bad customer service we will never use this place again they should think about hiring people who know how to deal with the public.  Without  good customer service places will not survive.  Bad Bad place nasty people.

I have driven by this place many times, but never went in.  So last weekend when my wife wanted to go shopping in the area, I decided to check them out.  I went in and was browsing, and trying to decide what beer to buy.  Also, I noticed they had different types of pork rinds, so I went into that aisle.  This aisle is near the front of the store, and near the cashiers.  While I was looking at their selection of pork rinds, one of the guys that worked there went up to one of the cashiers.  I was pretty close to them, so I saw they were looking my way.  Then, the guy went on to say some pretty rude things about me, and him and the cashier had a little laugh about it.  

I am someone who does look a bit different than the ’normal’ or ‘average’ person, but I was kind of surprised that the guy would just insult me, while I’m standing pretty close to him, where I could hear what he was saying.  Needless to say, I didn’t feel like being in the store anymore, so I just left.  It kind of sucks when you just want to buy some beer, but someone has to make rude comments about you because you look different than other people.  

So, if you want to get insulted while buying your beer, then this is the perfect place for you.  If you prefer the people in the beer store treat you respectfully while you are a customer in their store, then this is not the place to go.  I obviously am not going back, and I suggest you stay away too.

Good service good prices employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are part for these establishment.
