Fantastic!.... Knowledgeable, friendly staff always willing to help.  I have been a Benson's customer for years and love doing business with them.  They have great quality products and foods with staff who truly care about the health and well-being of the animals and families they serve.  Keep up the great work!

Great products for our cats (lots of variety, even for specific brands - we like Wellness, Instinct and Tiki).  Folks that work here are always super nice and curteous, too.  And you can always have a "chat" with Elliot when you're checking out!

My boyfriend and I started a new hobby in aquariums.  Little did we know there is actually a lot to the hobby... which makes it even more entertaining!  Whenever I'm in the fish section it's never hard to find someone who actually cares, helps out, and is extremely knowledgeable about fish in general.  Your employee Justin has helped us out the most though and spreads his enthusiasm about fish.  The only sad part is MOST pet stores don't care about their fish section the way you guys do.  Typically we ONLY go here but I had a real awful experience at Petco.  They (Petco) sold me fish I'm pretty sure already had fin rot and it ended up quickly spreading to other fish.  Anyway I just want to thank you guys for everything THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO.

Great place for different items than other chain pet stores. Employees very helpful and always offer to carry out any purchase. Love the bonus gift card after spending $100. Lots of organic and natural choice products.

Great staff. Everyone is very helpful in recommending new products. They genuinely love the dogs who come in to the store.  I always have help carrying out my purchases.
