The best physician office experience I have had in years!!!! Dr. Bentley is awesome, he is very caring, listens, professional yet down to earth, knowledgeable. He will give his medical advice/opinions but also "listens" to what you have to say about your health and what you think/feel without making you feel as if your opinion is not important nor does he make you feel like your are beneath him. So many more psychiatrist these days should enjoy their career like he does! Also, his assistant is great too, as well very friendly and caring. I will continue to drive almost an hour one way, a doctor this great is worth the drive! I finally left a psychiatrist office again for the 1st time in a while; feeling better than when I come in and isn't that one of the best benefits of having the right psychiatrists! I highly recommend this doctor...

Refused to see me after they failed to inform me of an appointment, and then offered zero help after I had my doctor's referral in my hand.
