Andres Garcia, PA-C
Andres Garcia Jr. (Andy) is a Physician Assistant-Certified with experience in Family Practice, Emergency Room Medicine. He has an extensive background in Diagnostic Imaging and Orthopedics. Special interest in general Orthopedics, fracture care, sports medicine and arthritis. His career in medicine started in 1986 as a Certified Radiologic Technologist with certifications in general radiology, CT and MRI Imaging. Andy then attended the University of Washington (MEDEX) and received his certification as a Physician Assistant in 1997. This was followed by a position as a PA-C in Columbia County (Dayton, Washington) working in the Emergency Room and Family Practice. He has been part of our group since March of 2001.

Melanie received her Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Montana in 2003, after completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Calgary. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Melanie joined Benton Franklin Physical Therapy in 2006 and enjoys working with people with a variety of orthopedic conditions.
Rodney Kump, DPT
Rod graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology. He then attended Creighton University and graduated in 1998 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Rod joined Benton Franklin Orthopedic Associates in 2002. He enjoys all areas of orthopedic physical therapy with a special interest in sports medicine. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and belongs to Orthopedic and Sports sections.
Jay West MPT, OCS
Jay attended Eastern Washington University where he obtained both his undergraduate degree in sports medicine/athletic training and his master's degree in physical therapy. He has been with Benton Franklin Physical Therapy since January 2003 and has enjoyed working in orthopedics. He particularly enjoys working with knee and shoulder injuries and rehabilitating athletes but enjoys all aspects of orthopedic physical therapy. In 2009, Jay became certified as an Orthopedic Specialist in physical therapy.

Justine has only been practicing for one year, but loves interacting with a wide variety of people and the personal fulfillment she gets from helping others. For her, occupational therapy presents the perfect mix of personal and professional interactions in a growing healthcare field. The most rewarding part of her job is seeing the transformations patients can make, along with their progress and improvements. She's dedicated to helping patient regain their independence after injury so they can participate once again in meaningful activities.
