Excellent service, fast responses, product delivered as expected. Have been with this pharmacy for 6 years now and very happy with services. Communications are exceptional. Awesome employees!!!!

For the last couple of weeks this pharmacy has not filled prescriptions when it comes to insulin and other items needed to be able to take care of type 1 diabetes. They keep saying they do not have it in stock and send the prescriptions to the local Walgreens. How are you out of something like insulin and the supplies that go with it for weeks on end? This is the second time they have done this but yet they are able to fill  other scripts? This is ridiculous because this is for my mother who is disabled and can not drive around everywhere. I personally stopped using this pharmacy when they refused to fill a prescription for me because of my insurance and told me to go somewhere else, so I did. Found out the issue was the brand and all that had to be done was to switch the medication to a generic brand yet they couldn’t do that. Ever since this company was bought out, it has just went down hill in my opinion and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Beware. This pharmacy is price gouging patients that need Covid medications. They were trying to charge me $295 for four prescriptions that cost me a total of $27.50 when I had the prescription transferred to my local pharmacy. I ended up having to wait an extra 5 days for my medication because of this.

I just called about getting a prescription filled and the tech told me that my medicine was a narcotic. It's not pain medicine. There are different schedules of drugs. It may be the same class as a narcotic but IT IS NOT A NARCOTIC and the fact that you are giving out incorrect information confirmed that I'm not interested in going to your pharmacy. People, get your facts straight or pass the call on to a pharmacist.

It was a bit confusing since I was not told that Lady Lake Pharmacy would be calling for Ravkoo. Also, the directions on the medication bottle were incorrect.

Every time I call for a refill everyone is so polite and helpful I recommend Lady Lake pharmacy

The staff at Benzer Pharmacy are the best. They care ,They answer any questions I have , and they make it a pleasurable experience.

Great friendly service ! And very helpful! Prices if paying cash are not too bad !
