There needs to be a true after hours emergency crew on call. The workers should be allowed to work overtime. I called to report street drain flooding during a lightning storm and it took an hour for anyone to get here at which point the neighbors (women no less) got out in the lighting to remove debris from the drains until the water had receded. The street department did nothing but put a high water sign up which did no good since there was no water at that point. Absolutely Pathetic. It's not these hard working men its the supervisor.
