My husband and I drove two hours to Bergey's because they had the best selection and value we could find. We were looking for a used 2015 Ram truck, and found two on their website that were exactly what we were looking for. Photos online can be deceiving but both of these trucks looked better in person - they looked brand new! Their prices were great from the start, so very little haggling. They also gave us a fair trade in value for our 05 Ram, which was appreciated. Julie and Micah were great to deal with in customer service/sales. It was a no brainer buying from Bergey's. We are happy customers!

Called Bergey's for my 2011 Durango. It was after 5 pm. There was a burning smell and some smoke under the hood. We were told to Bring it right over and they would check it out. Of course we got there and there was no more smell or smoke. They still took the SUV and checked it out. And did an oil change. Everyone were talked to were very nice & helpful. Ryan called mid morning to give me update of what they were doing (and how much) and what else they could do. I got a call before 4 pm they offered to keep SUV another day. We decided to go ahead and pick it since the problem was not happening any more. Overall we had a good experience and we will be back.

I highly recommend Bergey’s! I’ve been going there for many years and they have always repaired what was needed (nothing more) but done it correctly! I have learned my lesson & will only go to Bergey’s from now on! Although they charge an honest price, it pays to have it done correctly the first time- if it’s done wrong, you pay a great deal more fixing mistakes others have made. Very professional & great customer service.

This place is pathetic. How the hell is a car dealership absolutely firm on their trumped up prices? If you try to negotiate a price (even a few 100 bucks) on a vehicle, they will look at you as if you asked to have the car for free or something. Snobs. They would get 1 star, but Ill give em two because of the big inventory.
