I stood at the Clinique counter for 10 minutes waiting for a clerk. I inquired at the jewelry counter for help. She directed me to the Lascomme counter. The clerk was outside the counter in private conversation with another woman. I waited 10 minutes. The clerk told the woman to follow here to other side of counters, where they continued to talk. I waited another 5 minutes...nothing. I was not asked if I needed assistance, or told she would be with me in a moment. Then my husband waved me back to Clinique counter, a clerk had arrived. I pointed out on the display the mascara I wanted and showed her my old one I brought with me, same product. I made my purchase and started home. Opened the mascara box and it was totally wrong one! I live 60 miles away.

A department store that is a shadow of it once was. Product selection was average. Few people to help you if needed.

Furniture in Bergner's! I was recently in Sheridan Village Bergner's and found that they have furniture in the lower level. To my surprise and delight, it reminded me of Cohen's! It is beautiful and has quality brands. The even better news is that because it's Bergner's, I can use my Bergner's card! Finally! I am tired of buying poorly made furniture that I am replacing as soon as I finish paying charges off. Thanks!

This location is pretty bad. There are stains all over the DROP ceiling...really? The Grand Prairie location is much nicer. I only go to this one because it's closer to where I live.
