Had to take grand-dog to emergency today; over the phone reception staff was courteous and kept me calm. Upon arrival they greeted us immediately and took us back to a room. The technician was just as nice and informative. The vet came in and gave us all our options along with possible costs. We went ahead with the procedure. They advised us how long the wait would be and made some offers for during our wait. Once the procedure was completed, the vet pulled us into a room and went over the findings, even showing us x-rays. The vet was very thorough with the evaluation. She explained we would not be taking our pet home until he could walk after coming out of sedation. The wait was well worth it. The place was busy, but at no time were we concerned as we were kept informed and they were doing what they do best - taking care of the actual patients. I think the staff did a great job and really cared about my pet and the others I saw come in. Thank you B.A.E.R.C....

My first experience was great, however, my return visit with a different dog was terrible. My dog had a very bad infected ear and my vet could not see him for 3 days so we decided to go here. Big mistake!!! The tech and doc came to the exam room and both checked out the dog (heart/pulse/temp). The doc took a swab of his ear and left to analyze. The tech returned with a paper of costs for us to sign and that was the last we saw anybody for over 1 hour. I checked with the front dest and was told it was a shift change and my dog was not important with an ear infection and that they were busy. Fine but nobody stopped in our exam room to say it would be awhile because of an emergency. We left, never to return!!! When I got home the front desk had the nerve to call be about the bill!!! UNBELIEVABLE

If it was possible to give this place 0 stars I would. If you feel like being taken advantage of and shelling out thousands of dollars to "vets" that know you're desperate than take your pet here! We were told our dog would die if we didn't pay $3000 dollars to keep him on oxygen for 24 hours. Then we had a brochure for a line of credit shoved in our face. Our puppy is still alive but not without a $600 guilt trip and being made to feel like we are terrible people for not having 3 grand lying around. There is a special circle of hell reserved for these money grubbing scumbags!

I wish I could give a negative number we brought a puppy in we rescued they said test was slight pos for parvo and we needed to leave it there and they would watch her at a cost of 2400 to 5000. Said the dog wouldn't make it two days and we should think about humain uthinasation well that was not an option the puppy by the way never had parvo gained 3 pounds and is doing fine we will never go back to this place again
