I just have one question.. Okay, maybe a few.. Where is the "Black Representation " in the Berks County Common Pleas Offices?? Where's the Black Lawyers, Public Defenders, District Attorneys, Judge(s)? How can a Black Human Being expect to be represented to the best of their ability when there's no one in these administrative positions who can relate to the  Black Cultural situations surrounding them??

Judges are tough yet fair. Structurally well organized building, very efficiently spaced despite its immense size. Old style construction, kind gaurds easily mapped out. All around, infrastructure worth seeing on the same level as the pagoda. Must see for any tourists. Design makes ppl tower look like garbage.
