If it's after 6pm and you foolishly locked yourself out of the house, I sugggest prolonging your agony by giving this company a call. The dispatch will answer promptly, but tell you the same thing every half hour -- (paraphrasing) "The person on call has been paged. If he doesn't call you in a half hour, give us a call and we'll try paging him again."  

So, the pattern of calling every half hour with  zero responsiveness from the on-call employee continued for at least 5 half-hours. Did anyone actually show up? No. The dispatcher finally said (paraphrasing) "Well, if he's not responding, I guess he's not taking any more calls for the night."

Brilliant.

And I'm kicking myself because I tried using this service-- a 24 hour service -- about a year ago. And yep, they pulled the same BS they pulled tonight.   

Maybe their daytime service is a different story, but the 24-hour on-call service is...something worth a bundle of expletives.

I have called this place twice to come out an unlock my door and an hour later still have not heard from the on call tech. This is just poor business I understand being busy but to never call someone an inform them of anything after to urgent calls. I would never recommend this company.  To be locked out of your house in the rain an not have someone call you back is ridiculous!!

Called at 200 pm this afternoon requesting a locksmith meet us at an elderly gentleman's house who had locked himself out. They took my call and ask for the information and promised a return call within 30 minutes. I called back a 2nd time. Same thing, locksmith will call you back within 30 minutes.  Called a 3rd time and said I'd you can't come out, please tell me so I can try and find someone else. Again, locksmith will call you within 30 minutes. It has now been 8 hours. Not one word. No one returned call. Not even the cloudy of a text saying I'm too busy and can't help. Find someone else.
Do not waste your time with this place. No compassion for an elderly man out in the cold and 0 courtesy to even return a call.

I contacted their hotline for emergency services and was told someone would call me. That was 7:00 (2.5) hours ago :(.  Don't have to worry about me trying to contact you ever again!

Prompt service. Called before they came. Sent a knowledgeable man who did an great job. Recommended.
