I started banking here when it was Factory Point Bank. If you have sufficient funds it's an OK bank. If you live check to check and occasionally bounce a check or auto payment the fees wrack up very fast here and they are not always willing to work with you. They do have free checking personal and business accounts which is nice. Personally I prefer a more locally owned and operated bank where you can develop a relationship with the employees and they understand your ups and downs and therefore are willing to work with you.
