Had nothing but problems from the house I rent off them. When I went to move in the house, it was nasty and full of trash and garage had dirty mattresses and full of gross things from the previous tenant. Over the course of 6months the pipes kept freezing, the heater didn’t keep the house warm and one of my children fell through the floor where they put only cheap laminate over what used to be a heat return vent in the kitchen. They didn’t care to actually fix anything. We couldn’t even stay there most the winter months despite multiple complaints about the heat. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. I have now been trying to make a rent payment online (on time)  and it won’t allow me to so I send them emails and messages about resolving it. I never heard anything back and now only being the 12th of the month and I have an eviction notice. Less that two weeks late (not by my choice) I haven’t got a email, phone call or text back. . Just an eviction notice. I can more than afford this home just need to be able to make the payment! I’m disgusting by this place.

Eric Miller did an excellent job helping us find our new home! He has continued to help us out with questions and answers after the closing as well as we search for contractors and ideas to update our new home. Even when he wasn't available, his other team members at Newlin-Miller were able to help us see a few homes on our time frame. I highly recommend this office and Eric Miller for your home buying/selling needs.
