Where do I begin with this review? Lisa has been a God send, she goes out of her way literally everytime we’ve requested to see a home. Lisa was great in communicating and even moved around her busy schedule to accommodate a lot of what it was we wanted to see. As everyone’s taste in homes differ, ours was everywhere and Lisa was more than welcoming to any and all ideas in what we wanted. She’s always been open and honest with us throughout this home buying process. Lisa isn’t forceful unfortunately we’ve worked with some Realtors prior to Lisa and not affiliated with this company and I love that about her but what I appreciate more is Lisa’s honesty. Genuine human being! Did I mention, this lady has the patience of Gandi. When we get ready to sell our property, we’re using Lisa Schrock. If you want serious, honest, professional, great work in looking for or selling your property-Lisa Schrock is over at Berkshire Hathaway. Call her, text her, email her, send her a telegram; she’ll answer. I should mention: we did get our home we wanted and Lisa sent us some brownies!
We have used Lisa to buy 2 houses now. She is amazing! She is always available for questions and responds quickly. When meeting with her you feel like you're her only priority. Would highly recommend.
Jeff is a seasoned pro. I am impressed by how he works with clients, high end and entry level. He works hard for his clients. I have always referred friends and colleagues to Jeff because I trust him.
The management staff here get a glowing review from me. When their realtor, Lisa Schrock, failed to represent me adequately, the managers were able to swiftly resolve the issue and we managed to close on time.
They have agents who are unprofessional. When I brought it to a woman named Coleen who is supposed to be a manager she blamed it on me. Example, this agent was kissing my husband on the forehead, unprofessional in my eyes. Guess not in there's. The agent was telling me how to raise my 10 year old child, also unprofessional in my eyes. Not in theirs. She told me I have no say so in my house selling. She told me my husband is very handsome and he shouldn't be with someone as young as myself.. very very unprofessional. She is lucky I was professional and didnt knock her on her old axx. I will never deal with this company again. There is so much more, but you get the just of this... good luck to anyone who deals. Some have good luck and some DoNot!! I was dealing with the one in Schererville IN. My agent was Nina Borom!! Very very unprofessional at her JOB....
So polite, and helpful. Granted, I have no issues - my experience has been very positive.
